Exhibitors Information
SITUATION
The showground is situated quarter of a mile south of the A3 at
Guildford, Surrey (post code GU1 1ER). If travelling south on A3
take the Guildford Town Centre turn off and follow yellow labels.
If travelling north on A3 you follow signs to Guildford Town
Centre, but actually come off the slip road, half a mile from the
show site. There will be plenty of signs to the show, then follow
yellow labels.
PARKING
The showground is 66 acres and there is no parking on the
showground unless you have booked it within your allocated trade
stand space.
Vehicles wishing to use the free Car Park in Stoke Park should
turn left out of the showground onto London Road and then left
again into the car park. It’s a 2 minute walk back to the
showground.
Larger, heavy vehicles should turn right out of the showground
onto London Road, then second left, first right following the
signs into the SEEDA car park which is hard standing. All vehicles
parked in the SEEDA car park must be moved on Monday evening of
the show. When entering this car park, it is shaped in a horse
shoe and our car park is the SEEDA car park – the barrier will be
left open.
Anyone who wishes to gain re-entry to the showground after parking
must have a valid admission ticket.
EATING
Guildford Town centre is a ten-minute walk away with numerous
eateries. The Pub and Exhibitors Restaurant on the showground is
open from midday on Sunday and closes at end of the show on
Monday. Mobile catering units are open on Monday and some from
Sunday morning.
ACCOMMODATION
If your caravan is not part of your trade stand it may be parked
near Entrance B. There are no electricity or water facilities
here.
