Novice Ploughing Championship

The Surrey Novice Ploughing Championship will be held in memory of Ted Comley, a keen Surrey ploughman, who won the Surrey County Ploughing Championship fourteen times.

Novices who plough at Surrey County, Windlesham & District, Chertsey, Cranleigh, Guildford and Chobham matches will be awarded points if placed, with their four best scores counting towards the new novice Championship.  Verbal assistance may be given to the novices on the headland only.
